Matt Parsons is an independent financial advisor at Parsons Financial Advisors and is dedicated to helping clients target their financial goals through high-quality investments and sound guidance. He joined Commonwealth in 2005, when he founded Parsons Financial. Previously, he had built a successful business for Edward Jones Investments from the ground up—by knocking on doors and getting involved in the community. He believes in doing business face-to-face—in the office or at your home.
Matt serves on the Cottage Grove Hospital Foundation board and the Cottage Grove Community Development Corporation. He has also served on the Cottage Grove Planning Commission, the City of Cottage Grove Budget Committee, the South Lane Wheels board, Lane Workforce Partnership board, and the Cottage Grove Area Chamber of Commerce board. Matt is married to Teresa, and they have six kids: Morgan, Brandon, Jessica, James, Kayla, and Krystal. They enjoy traveling and wine.
